As someone who’s previously rented office space or is currently renting office space at the Brunswick Business Center, you are one step closer to obtaining the rewards.
NON TENANTS
For each new “drop-in” tenant you refer to the Brunswick Business Center you will receive a one hour credit to use for an office or meeting space. The “drop-in” tenant you refer will receive 50% off of their first day.
TENANTS
Refer a new drop-in (no lease)
For each new “drop-in” tenant you refer to the Brunswick Business Center you will receive one entry into a quarterly drawing for a $25 gift certificate to a local business of your choice. The more successful “drop-ins” you refer, the more drawing entries you will receive!

Refer a new tenant (with lease)
If you refer a new tenant you will receive a credit equal to the new tenant’s first month of rent. You may apply the credit to your own rent or take the credit in cold hard cash!
